Easy Lemon Garlic Basa Fillets

Ingredients
4 Basa Fillets
3 Cloves garlic, minced
1 Lemon, zested and juiced
2Tbsp Olive Oil
2 tsp paprika
Method
Preheat oven to 200C
In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, paprika, salt n pepper.
Place the Basa fillets on a baking try lined with baking paper. Brush both sides of the Basa fillets with the marinade, ensuring they are well coated.
Remove from the oven and garnish with finely chopped parsley. Serve with your favorite side dishes.
