Steak with Pea Veloute

Ingredients
4 Large Potatoes
2 Large Red Onions
4 Medium Carrots
1 Cup Frozen Peas
300mls Cream
2 Shallots
Crushed Garlic
Salt n Pepper
Method
Par boil potatoes
Fry red onions till very caramelized
In a roasting pan add potatoes and crush, add spicy seasoned carrots, crushed garlic, salt n pepper.
Roast 25-30 mins
Meanwhile
Finely dice the shallots and fry in a pan till opaque
Add frozen peas and cream boil till peas are cooked, then blitz with a stick blender until smooth.
Season to taste
Cook steak to suit you then plate up.
